| About the Forum Global Mapping Forum 2008 successfully ended.Thank you for your interest and participations. International Steering Committee for Global Mapping (ISCGM) and Geographical Survey Institute (GSI) host Global Mapping Forum 2008 in Tokyo, Japan. This Forum, in commemoration of the release of Global Map Version 1 that covers the whole land area of the earth, aims at exchanging of opinions and information between data providers and users on the application of Global Map data to the investigations and researches of global environment issues and their related fields. Global Mapping Forum 2008 is the fifth international forum for Global Mapping. Presentation language should be either Japanese or English.
